NeoCHROM Nitrogen Generator NG Series
Features and Advantages:
- Automatic pressure and flow display, automatic constant pressure and current; nitrogen flow can be automatically adjusted according to dosage;
- Advanced technology: membrane separation technology is used in the electrolytic cell, PCAN carrier and precious metal catalysts are used in the catalytic layer, ensuring high catalytic efficiency of the electrolytic cell, large gas production, and high nitrogen purity;
- The electrolytic cell is tested for aging over 100 hours under high voltage and large current before delivery, making the cell’s performance and operating condition more stable.
- Low humidity of the produced nitrogen: a membrane separation technology with ultra-high molecular permeability and a metal polymer desiccant device is used to reduce initial humidity;
- Two adsorption systems are used (there is a method to remove oxygen traces, no activation required), which further lowers the nitrogen dew point and significantly improves purity;
