Analytical complex Neochrom-STEROIDS

Analytical complex Neochrom-STEROIDS based on a gas chromatograph, allows to carry out biochemical studies, in particular, the determination of steroid profile by the HPLC method. This method differs favorably from those used in similar laboratories by its low cost and expressiveness.

Steroid profile is the most valuable diagnostic test for a number of endocrine diseases, and some diseases can only be diagnosed by this method

This test is indicated in (for):

• non-pregnancy
• threat of pregnancy failure
• various gynecologic diseases and endocrine syndromes
• screening diagnostics of a number of neuroendocrine - metabolic and virial syndromes and various enzymopathies
• control of normal or pathologically proceeding pregnancy

Duration of the determination - 45 min

• volumetric, mass and molar content of individual and groups of steroids in urine and (or) plasma
• volumetric, mass and molar content of thyroid hormones in plasma
