Policy of "NeoChrom" LLC in the field of quality and environmental protection

"NeoCHROM" LLC as a production enterprise strives to stably produce products that meet customer requirements, applicable regulatory requirements and established technical characteristics. The enterprise operates a certified quality and environmental management system in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

The management of the enterprise undertakes to:

• determine the needs of customers, control product quality at all stages of production and increase customer satisfaction;
• ensure the necessary resources, serviceability of equipment and competence of employees;
• comply with the applicable legislative and other requirements adopted by the company regarding products and environmental protection;
• protect the environment, prevent pollution, rationally use resources and reduce the negative impact of production activities;
• set and review quality and environmental goals, evaluate performance and continuously improve the management system.

This Policy is the basis for establishing the company's goals, is brought to the attention of employees and is mandatory for implementation within the limits of their authority.
