ANALOG-TO-DIGITAL CONVERTER
Model Neochrom ADC-27/2 and Neochrom ADC-27/4
Purpose
The ADC is designed to measure chromatographic and any analog signal that lies in the range of ADC measurements. There is, for example, a modification of the ADC for temperature/pressure measurement.
Data processing with software NeochromGCWorker or UNICHROM.
Specification:
- Analog input channels: 2 or 4
- Input voltage ranges −10 mV - +100 mV; −100mV - +1000mV; -1V-+10V
- Input resistance 20 MΩ
- The number of data bits is 24
- The sampling frequency is 100 Hz
- Selection of the measurement range from the computer and auto selection
- Communication with a computer COM port. (works through a USB-COM converter)
Model Neochrom ADC-WR_v0 and Neochrom ADC-WR_v1
Unlike the previous model, this unit can be connected directly to an ionization detector (FID, ECD, etc.), reducing noise and the overall size of the system. It also provides a detector supply voltage of ±300 V. Data are processed with software NeochromGCWorker or UNICHROM.
The ADC provides the following functions:
- amplification of the detector signal;
- conversion of the input analog signal to digital;
- supplying the detector with the appropriate voltage;
Specification:
- Data resolution: 32 bits.
- The sampling frequency is 100 Hz
- The number of channels is 1 - 8
- USB computer connection.
- ADC-WR_v0 - basic version - noise 10-14, limit ± 0.78*10-7, (typical values)
- ADC-WR_v1 - for a capillary column - noise 3*10-15, limit ±10-8.

Purpose
The technograph is built on the basis of the model Neochrom ADC-27/4. Designed for thermocouple temperature measurement and optional pressure measurement. Features include cold junction temperature measurement and compensation, internal calibration and operation with software Neochrom-P/T-Control
Specification:
- Number of channels: 4-8;
- Temperature range depends on the thermocouple used (typically −100 °C to +600 °C);
- Measurement reproducibility: 0.01-0.03;
- Measurement accuracy: 0.03-0.1;
- Ability to use polynomial approximation and tabular values;
- Data output in µV and °C;
- Communication with a computer USB/Ethernet;
