NeoCHROM helps to maintain the performance of analytical equipment throughout the entire period of its use: from scheduled maintenance and warranty support to repair, post-warranty support and modernization.
Choose a service according to the tasks of your laboratory. All of the above directions are available for NeoCHROM equipment; for chromatographs of other manufacturers, we offer modernization with further warranty service.
Preventive maintenance
Scheduled maintenance covers the entire analytical system: power supply, gas lines, workstation, software and chromatograph components. We check for leaks and verify operating conditions, service the autosampler, injector, column and detector, and clean and replace consumables according to the agreed scope.
Regular maintenance helps to detect contamination, leaks and wear of components in time, as well as to plan service costs in advance.

Warranty and service
NeoCHROM applies to all new equipment warranty of at least 7 years, subject to annual maintenance. During the warranty period, any malfunction is eliminated without additional payment, including the necessary replacement of components. The only exception is physical damage or destruction of the equipment.
We help remotely, and if the intervention of specialists is needed, we organize the maintenance of the device in the company. For complex equipment, it is possible to go to the place of operation by agreement.

NeoCHROM equipment repair
We repair analytical equipment manufactured under the NeoCHROM trademark. If the device does not work correctly or has stopped performing its functions, report the model and the nature of the malfunction in order to determine further actions.

Service contract
After the warranty expires, NeoCHROM equipment can be maintained under a service contract. This helps laboratories budget for technical support and benefit from the assistance of specialists.
The scope of services is determined by the contract. Service costs within the scope of the contract are covered by the subscription fee; the costs of specialist travel are paid separately by the customer.

Chromatograph upgrades
If the capabilities of the device are no longer sufficient for laboratory tasks, modernization allows you to update the existing equipment. Works may include replacement of electronics, control and data acquisition systems, software upgrades, revision of gas and mechanical assemblies, and adaptation to work with capillary columns.
We determine the appropriate amount of modernization after assessing the condition of the device. Make and year of manufacture are not decisive in themselves.
