Modernization
Over time, even a technically sound chromatograph becomes outdated and functionally limited: its electronics no longer meet current requirements, maintenance becomes more difficult, and obsolete data acquisition and processing systems restrict its capabilities.
Modernization of the NeoChrom chromatograph allows you to update the existing device without the need to purchase new equipment. As a result, the customer receives a chromatograph with modern electronics, a control and data acquisition system, updated software and, if necessary, a restored housing and pneumatic system.
The brand and year of manufacture of the chromatograph are not decisive. Before upgrading, we assess the condition of mechanical units, gas lines, thermostats, detectors and sample injection systems and determine the appropriate scope of work.
After comprehensive modernization, the instrument specifications are verified against the technical requirements for
CLASS A series chromatographs.
By default, the modernization procedure includes:
- dismantling of outdated electronic units and installation of a modern control and data collection system;
- inspection of the instrument electrical system;
- inspection of gas lines, heaters, ovens, detectors and injectors;
- cleaning, restoration and, if necessary, repainting of the housing;
- installation of modern NeoChrom software;
- upon request, installation of a sample introduction system and make-up gas supply for capillary columns;
- checking the functionality and main metrological characteristics of the modernized device.
Repair and service of NeoChrom chromatographs
NeoChrom chromatographs are repaired free of charge during the warranty period.
After carrying out each scheduled maintenance, the warranty period for the chromatograph is extended in accordance with the terms of service.
NeoChrom equipment can also be covered by a service contract providing regular maintenance, diagnostics and prompt fault repair. Under specific service agreements, NeoChrom may accept financial liability for equipment downtime according to the agreed contractual terms.
