Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the operator of the NeoCHROM website processes personal data when you browse the website, send an enquiry or use its interactive services.

Effective date: 5 September 2026

1. Controller and contact

The data controller is the NeoCHROM group entity identified in the relevant quotation, contract or contact page. Privacy enquiries and data-subject requests can be sent to info@neochrom.biz.

2. Data we process

• contact and organisation details that you submit;
• the content of enquiries, instrument configurations and attached materials;
• technical data such as IP address, browser, device, requested pages, timestamps and security logs;
• your cookie-consent choice stored in the browser.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We use data to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, take steps before a contract, perform contracts, provide support, secure and improve the website, and comply with legal duties. Depending on the situation, processing is based on consent, a contract or pre-contractual steps, a legal obligation, or our legitimate interests in operating a secure business website. Optional analytics or marketing technologies are activated only after consent.

4. Cookies

Necessary storage is used to remember privacy choices and provide requested functions. Optional cookies are not required to use the website. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer; withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing.

5. Recipients and international transfers

Data may be available to authorised NeoCHROM personnel and contracted hosting, communications, analytics or support providers only where needed. When data is transferred outside the country in which it was collected, we use safeguards required by applicable law.

6. Retention and security

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, contractual and legal record-keeping, and the resolution of claims. Retention depends on the type of interaction. We apply reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, and may withdraw consent. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity.

8. Changes

We may update this policy when our services or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. General information about EU data-protection rights is available in the General Data Protection Regulation.
