Quality policy of the testing laboratory operating under the NeoCHROM trademark
The testing laboratory of "NeoChrom" LLC is a modern, well-equipped center for conducting tests and examinations in the field of determining quality indicators, physical and chemical tests of materials, substances, products, objects of technological and chemical control for compliance with current technical conditions, norms, state and international standards of Ukraine, Europe and the USA.
The quality of our services is essential to customer trust and our reputation as an independent laboratory that guarantees reliable test results.
Our quality system manages the processes needed to meet laboratory requirements and provide testing services that meet customer expectations. Laboratory policy supports high staff competence, while work is organized to ensure objective and reliable testing procedures.
The management of the TM "NeoCHROM" testing laboratory assumes responsibility for the implementation of the Policy in the field of quality and improvement of the quality management system, and declares under its personal responsibility that:
- The laboratory and its staff will not be subject to administrative, financial or other pressure from the director that could influence technical assessments or product test results;
- The laboratory will not conduct such activities that may undermine confidence in the independence of test results;
- The monetary remuneration of the personnel entrusted with conducting tests will not depend on the number of conducted tests and their results;
- Any influence of third parties or organizations on the test results will be excluded.
Quality is the most important requirement. Quality assurance is achieved by the functioning of the management system, which provides for:
- compliance with requirements of DSTU ISO/IEC 17025-2017;
- credibility the results of measurements and tests, which is ensured by the administrative and financial independence of the laboratory from producers (suppliers) and consumers of products;
- accuracy measurements and tests is ensured by timely inspection of measuring equipment, certification of production equipment, creation of normal conditions for its operation, as well as timely maintenance of measuring equipment and production equipment;
- control the quality of measurements and tests is ensured by tracking the accuracy of the performance at all stages from the registration of product samples to the issuance of approved test protocols;
- development and implementation new test methods;
- improving efficiency quality management systems based on internal analysis;
- building a strong reputation among customers due to independence and high professionalism.
